Pipsqueak

August 10, 2014 - January 18, 2024

Pipsqueak was a little goat with a huge personality.   She possessed an impressive amount of strength, courage, and determination. Her tenacity and independence were a source of inspiration for anyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Despite the daily battles she faced, she never showed signs of weakness. Born with achondroplasia, her shortened and crooked front legs were a distinguishing feature. Visitors would often feel sorry for her at first, but after spending time with her, they would realize that there was nothing to pity about Pipsqueak.

Pipsqueak was known for being fiercely independent and was always willing to stand up for herself within the herd. She was a brave leader who was never afraid to explore new areas and try new things.

Over the years, Pipsqueak became the most popular goat in our herd, captivating visitors with her story and determination to thrive. I would often receive messages and emails, asking about her well-being or requesting updated photos. It was clear that Pipsqueak was a very special goat.

Out of all the goats at Sky River, none have impacted as many lives as Pipsqueak. Her memory and legacy will live on at the farm, and in the hearts of all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
